Every attendee will see your logo upon arrival to retrieve their badge and conference material. The registration area also serves as information central during the entire conference. Session Planning Guide	$3,750
The session planning guide will list titles and times of all educational session and will be mailed in advance to all full conference registrants so they can plan their time at the conference. Your logo and website will be included in this guide along with a booth number if you are an exhibiting company.

Conference Newsletter	SOLD
Your company logo will appear on the daily newsletter distributed to all attendee rooms each morning of the conference. The conference newsletter is an important communication tool that provides attendees with the most up-to-date information on the daily schedule of events, as well as highlights of past conference activities.

Directional Signage	$3,500
Have your company logo printed on all "directional" signage guiding conference attendees to the registration desk, educational sessions and the exhibit hall. Your company logo will be included on the front of the Schedule of Events pocket guide, a concise listing of session titles, times and locations offered each day. Its convenient size and easy-to-read format make it one of the most valuable tools for attendees to use while at the conference.

Keynote Address	SOLD
The Keynote Address is the first, and one of the best attended, sessions offered in the educational line-up. Sponsorship includes your company brochures/promo items placed on each attendee's seat for the Keynote Address and your logo run as Keynote Address sponsor on all communications promoting the session.

Continental Breakfast	$2,500 each
Sponsoring a continental breakfast is a great way to start the day. All breakfasts are held in the foyer outside of the conference meeting rooms and provide an excellent opportunity to get attendees thinking about your organization first thing in the morning! This sponsorship includes signage with your company logo displayed during the sponsored breakfast. Door Drop	$750 per drop + hotel fees
