Measure that Would Have Repealed the PPACA Fails to Gain Passage in the Senate

Moments ago, legislation that would have repealed the PPACA was voted on, but fell far short of the required number of votes it would have taken to move the effort forward. While legislation to repeal the PPACA recently passed the House, there was no expectation that it would be successful in the Senate.
