cancellation policy

1. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@siia.org.

2. Cancellations received in writing before January 8, 2026, will be eligible for a 50% refund, less an administrative fee of 3%. 

3. Cancellations submitted between January 9 and January 29, 2026, will receive a 25% refund, less an administrative fee of 3%. 

4. Cancellations made after January 29, 2026will not be eligible for a refund regardless of reason specific to the attendee, (e.g., illness, change of plans, inclement weather, flight cancellations/changes, etc.), due to commitments related to staffing, food, and beverage.

5. Substitutions are allowed.
