Guidance Issued for What States Must do to Receive a PPACA Waiver

The PPACA gives states the flexibility to receive a State Innovation Waiver so they may pursue their own healthcare reform plan. Under the law, State Innovation Waivers are available in 2017, although legislation has been introduced, add supported by President Obama, to move that date to 2014.
