Adams BOCES Self Insurance Pool
For over 30 years we have been providing insurance services for our Members. In 1979, Adams County School Board members formed the first Self Insurance Pool in Colorado to provide stability in insurance rates and to make sure that coverage was available to Adams County Schools. Through the ups and downs of the insurance market cycles the same team of five school districts have cooperated to provide liability, property and workers’ compensation insurance coverage for our member districts at reasonable and consistent rates.

SC Home Builders Self Insurance Fund
The South Carolina Home Builders Self Insurers Fund was established in 1995 to provide workers’ compensation coverage to South Carolina’s construction community. We currently provide coverage to over 900 residential and commercial contractors and subcontractors whose business is conducted primarily in South Carolina. From our headquarters in Columbia, all services including claims management, safety and risk control, policyholder services, underwriting, marketing, and premium audit are provided by employees of The Fund. The Fund’s Board of Trustees is comprised of members of the construction industry who have provided effective stewardship since The Fund’s inception.
