Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be received in writing to registration@siia.org.
Written cancellations received before January 8, 2026 will receive a refund of 50%.
Written cancellations received between January 9 - January 29, 2026 will receive a refund of 25%.
Cancellations received after January 29, 2026 and all no-shows are NOT eligible for a refund.
Substitutions are permitted. Substitutions are eligible for transfer to another attendee for the same conference.
