Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations must be submitted in writing to registration@siia.org.
- Cancellations received in writing before November 19, 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund, less an administrative fee of 3%.
- Cancellations submitted between November 20, 2026 and December 17, 2026, will receive a 25% refund, less an administrative fee of 3%.
- Cancellations made after December 17, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund regardless of reason specific to the attendee (e.g., illness, change of plans, inclement weather, flight cancellations/changes, etc.), due to commitments related to staffing, food, and beverage.
- Substitutions are permitted for the 2027 Healthcare Price Transparency Forum only and cannot be transferred to another event in 2027.
