Sponsorship opportunities
All Sponsors will receive the following benefits:
- Sponsor logo, website link, and 50-word description on the Forum website

For all sponsorship opportunities listed below, add $2,000 to the listed price for Non-Members of SIIA.
Cancellation Policy: Please note that all sponsorship fees are final and non-refundable. Additionally, these fees cannot be transferred or credited toward any other conference.
Hotel Keycards & Holders – $3,000
Gain consistent brand visibility with every hotel room entry. Your sponsor-designed graphic will be featured on hotel keycards and holders, offering high-frequency exposure each time attendees access their rooms.
- Includes one (1) Forum registration
- Sponsor is responsible for all production and shipping costs in addition to the sponsorship fee.
- Graphics/content must be approved by SIIA and the hotel prior to production.
Wireless Internet – $3,000
Keep attendees connected by sponsoring the Wi-Fi network. Your custom network name and password will be seen each time participants log on.
- Includes one (1) Forum registration
- Company logo featured on Wi-Fi signage
- Restrictions may apply to custom network name and password
Forum Lanyards – SOLD
Gain lasting visibility as the exclusive sponsor of Forum lanyards, worn by all attendees and speakers.
- Includes one (1) Forum registration
- Sponsor is responsible for all production and shipping costs in addition to the sponsorship fee.
Welcome Reception – $2,500
Kick off the Forum in the spotlight as the Welcome Reception sponsor on Wednesday, January 27th.
- Includes one (1) Forum registration
- Conference-themed event signage provided by SIIA, featuring company logo
- Optional: provide branded napkins, cups, and/or koozies for added exposure
Closing Networking Reception – $2,500
Be front and center at the final networking event of the Forum on Thursday, January 28th.

Registration Sponsor – $2,000
Showcase your logo on the event registration page and in confirmation emails sent to every registrant. All logos will link directly to your company website.
Continental Breakfast – $1,500
Start the day with your brand in the spotlight as the exclusive breakfast sponsor on Thursday, January 28th.

- Optional: provide branded cups and/or napkins for use during breakfast
Forum Program – $1,500
Place your logo on the cover of the official Forum program, distributed to all attendees and used as the primary reference guide throughout the event.
Forum Notepads – $1,500
Keep your brand in attendees' hands throughout the event with custom-branded notepads distributed at registration.

Refreshment Break – $1,000 (4 Available)
Promote your brand during scheduled refreshment breaks, when attendees network and recharge.

Session Ad – $750 (4 Available)
Deliver a focused message with a 30-second pre-recorded video that plays before a session begins, reaching an attentive audience.
- Video must be no longer than 30 seconds, in .mp4 format, under 4GB
- Due to SIIA by December 30, 2026
- Session selection is on a first-come, first-serve basis
