Webinar Series - (Past)

Tuesday, April 28, 2026 | 2:00-3:00 pm ET

Join our GR Team as we provide an update on the latest activity in Congress, including a progress report on a "Reconciliation 2.0" bill and efforts to increase price transparency and data-sharing through the Patients Deserve Price Tags Act. We will also examine our recent comment letter in response to the DOL's proposed compensation disclosure regulations applicable to entities providing "pharmacy benefit management services" and discuss what industry stakeholders should expect to see when these proposed regulations are finalized, as well as what stakeholders may see through other rulemaking projects related to compensation disclosures. At the state level, we will provide updates on notable proposals in Colorado and New Jersey raising potential ERISA-related considerations, as well as other state legislative and regulatory activity that our Team continues to track.

Tuesday, March 17, 2026 | 2:00-3:00 pm ET

Join our GR Team as we provide an update on the latest and greatest in Congress, including some insights on how efforts to enact the Transparency and Data-Sharing provisions of the Patients Deserve Price Tags Act may be unraveling. We will also re-examine the DOL's proposed Compensation Disclosure regulations requiring any entity that provides "pharmacy benefit management services" to disclose 8 different compensation streams to a self-insured plan's fiduciary, and we will explain how the same rubric for developing this reg can - and likely will - be used to develop a regulation requiring any entity providing "third-party administrative services" to disclose compensation that flows throughout the TPA ecosystem. Our GR Team continues to track legislative and regulatory activity at the State level, and we will provide you with an update on what's going on around the country.

Tuesday, February 24, 2026 | 2:00-3:00 pm ET

Join our GR Team as we provide an update on what was a huge month for legislative and regulatory news affecting the self-insured health plan community, including a deep dive into the DOL's proposed Compensation Disclosure regulations, along with the new statutory PBM Transparency requirements, the 100% Rebate Pass-Through provision, and the Clarification of what plan service providers are subject to the 408(b)(2)(B) Compensation Disclosure requirements. The Team will also provide insight into what is next up on the Congressional Agenda, including the current dynamics surrounding the partial Government Shutdown and potential Committee action on the Patients Deserve Price Tags Act. Last but certainly not least, we will provide an update on recent State efforts to impose "assessments" on health care entities, including stop-loss insurance carriers.
