This conference is designed for our Future Leaders that are under the age of 40 years old. Proof of age will be required during the registration process.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be received in writing to registration@siia.org
- Written cancellations received before March 5, 2026, will be eligible for a 50% refund, less an administrative fee of 3%.
- Written cancellations received between March 6 - March 26, 2026, will receive a 25% refund, less an administrative fee of 3%.
- Cancellations received after March 26, 2026 will not be eligible for a refund regardless of reason specific to the attendee (e.g., illness, change of plans, inclement weather, flight cancellations/changes, etc.), due to commitments related to staffing, food, and beverage.
- Substitutions are permitted.
